Benny Sela, CEO
Benny Sela, Lt. Colonel (Ret.), serves as the CEO of DSIT. Previously, he held the position of Executive VP and Head of the company's Real Time Division. Prior to this Mr. Sela was the General Manager of DSI Technologies. 
During his service in the Israeli Air Force, Mr. Sela was head of the Electronic Warfare branch, working on both the F-16 and Lavi projects.
He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, a Masters Degree in Operations Research from Stanford University, and an MBA.

Dan Ben-Dov, VP Sales and Marketing
Dan Ben-Dov serves as DSIT's Vice President for Sales and Marketing. In this position he manages all business development, marketing and sales activities of the company. Mr. Ben-Dov was formerly DSIT's Real Time Division's Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining DSIT, he held the position of Director of Business Development for the international trade and consulting company A.L.M. LIAM.
Dan Ben-Dov is a certified lawyer and holds a BA degree in Management and an LLB degree, both from Tel Aviv University.

Ran Avgar, VP Human Resources and Administration
Ran Avgar currently serves as VP of Human Resources and Administration at DSIT.
Ran Avgar joined the company in 1984. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration.

Yitshak Peery, VP Naval Systems
Yitshak Peery has served as DSIT's head of the Naval Systems Division since 1992. Prior to joining DSIT, he served as a Commander in the Israeli Navy where his responsibilities included project management, systems engineering, training, and technical supervision.
Yitshak Peery's areas of expertise include C&C systems, underwater acoustic systems, training simulators, communications, hardware and software development, signal processing, MMI, display, and system interfacing & integration.
Mr. Peery holds a B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a M.Sc. in Electrical and Marine Engineering.

Michael Barth, CFO
Michael Barth has been DSIT's Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of Acorn Energy since December 2005. For the six years prior, he served as the Controller of DSIT  and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Acorn. Mr. Barth is a Certified Public Accountant in both the U.S. and Israel and over 20 years of experience in public and private accounting.

Bentzi Gilboa, VP R/T Programs & Projects
Bentzi Gilboa joined DSIT in 2007 and serves as the company's Vice President for R/T Programs and the Projects Division manager. Prior to joining DSIT, Mr. Gilboa held the position of Project \ Development Manager at Motorola (Israel), Fixed Data Division.
Bentzi Gilboa holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the Technion in Haifa.

Dov Cymbalista,  Quality Assurance Manager
Dov Cymbalista currently serves as the manager of DSIT's Quality Assurance department.
Mr. Cymbalista joined DSIT in 1983. Since 1995 he has been responsible for DSIT 's adherence to ISO 9001 approved standards. Prior to that, he managed the company's IT Outsourcing Division. Before joining DSIT, Dov Cymbalista was a systems engineer at IBM Israel. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science from CUNY - School of Engineering.
